Powers[]
Orbin can create a pearl-shield around himself, and has learned to project and manifest it outside his own body as well. Whereas previously he was immobile while in the shield, he can now move around in it. The shield is, for all intents and purposes, indestructible. He also knows several of Gamma's healing spells, and knows much about anatomy and medicine.
Weaknesses[]
No weaknesses outside that a regular blue Pikmin suffers from.
Resistances[]
His pearl-shield renders him effectively invincible, if unable to really counterattack.

Water.
Personality[]
Somewhat timid, but having grown up with Gamma as a father figure, he's quite similar to the Green 'min. He still occasionally experiences flashes of guilt over the pearl shard in his chest.
History[]
Born as the 49th Pikmin from a Pearl brought to a Blue Onion, the 50th became the small shard in his chest. He was instantly outcast for it. Shortly after, he encountered Gamma and helped him defeat a rogue Black Pikmin.

Trivia[]
The pearl shard is a leftover from a pearl being brought to a blue onion. What would have been a 50th Pikmin sprouted from it instead implanted itself in him, and he was instantly made a pariah. The shield he is capable of projecting appears to be the soul of his unborn sister protecting him, and souls cannot be destroyed.
